ABOUT: Netzari Mashiach Judaism. The 'WAY'

🕎 WHO WE ARE

We are the Netzarim Talmidim (Nazarenes Disciples). We teach the 'WAY' of Netzari Mashiach Judaism and follow our Rabbi HaGadol Y'hoshua Ben Y'hovah (The Great Teacher Yeshua/Jesus, Son of YHVH/God).

Here is what ADONAI says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask about the ancient paths, ‘Which one is the good way?’ Take it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not take it.’ [Today's Religions]
Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 6:16 (TS2009)

Through the teaching of Netzari Judaism and our online outreach ministry, we are devoted to helping others restore talmidut (discipleship) through the power of His Ruach (Spirit) and uniting the Tanakh, the Renewed Covenant, and Apostolic writings as Echad (One) revelation, which is His TORAH (His Instructions)—preparing hearts for the coming Millennial Kingdom of Mashiach.

I appointed sentinels to direct them: ‘Listen for the sound of the shofar.’ But they said, ‘We will not listen.’ [Today's Religions]
Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 6:17 (TS2009)

We are the Netzarim — followers of the Branch (Netzar, Yeshayahu 11:1) — called to walk in Spirit and truth, growing in relationship with Y’hovah and living out His Word in obedience and love.

The fourth-century
“Christian church father” Epiphanius
gives a detailed description of who we are.

**Below are combined excerpts from the original message he wrote, with a link to the original.

But these sectarians… did not call themselves Christians–but “Nazarenes,” (Netzarim)…
However, they are simply complete Jews. They use not only the New Testament but the Old Testament as well, as the Jews do…
They have no different ideas, but confess everything exactly as the Law proclaims it and in the Jewish fashion– except for their belief in Christ (Messiah/Mashiach), if you please! For they acknowledge both the resurrection of the dead and the divine creation of all things, and declare that God is one, and that his son is Jesus/Y'hoshua the Messiah. They are trained to a nicety in Hebrew. For among them the entire Law, the Prophets, and the… Writings… are read in Hebrew, as they surely are by the Jews. They are different from the Jews and different from Christians only in the following. They disagree with Jews because they have come to faith in Messiah; but since they are still fettered by the Law–circumcision, the Sabbath, and the rest– they are not in accord with Christians…. they are nothing but Jews….
They have the Good News, according to Matthew, in its entirety in Hebrew. For it is clear that they still preserve this, in the Hebrew alphabet, as it was originally written. (Epiphanius; Panarion 29)

A Modern movement with an Ancient Past

In the first century, even the Romans regarded the Netzarim — the followers of The Way — as a sect of Judaism, not as a separate religion called Christianity.

Like in the first century, the WAY differs from modern Rabbinic and Orthodox Judaism and from modern Christianity, both of which have added to or taken away from the scriptures to include their doctrines and traditions not found in Scripture.

This is not a new religion, but a return to the ancient path — building on the pure faith and covenant relationship with YHVH established through the Torah, the Prophets, and fulfilled in the Renewed Covenant by Y’hoshua HaMashiach.

OUR PURPOSE IS: RESTORATION
The world has fallen asleep in religion, but Y’hovah is awakening His people to restoration. Through the call of Netzari Mashiach Judaism, this teaching urges believers to return to Torah, embrace covenant life through Y’hoshua HaMashiach, and become repairers of the breach in these last days.

📖 OUR MISSION

YHVH/God is AWAKENING His people in these last days. He is looking for those who have ears to hear and eyes to see. He wants to equip His talmidim (disciples) to live as faithful disciples.

And if some of the branches were broken off (unbelieving Y'hudi), and you, being a wild olive tree (goyim, gentiles), have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree (Yisrael),
do not boast against the branches. And if you boast, remember: you do not bear the root, but the root bears you (Y'hoshua HaMashiach)!
Romiyim (Romans) 11:17-18 (TS2009)
“A branch will emerge from the trunk of Yishai, a shoot (Netzari or Nazarene) will grow from his roots.”
Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 11:1 (CJB)

Today, Netzarim Talmidim Ministry seeks to restore the original emunah (faith), to shamar (guard), and have halakhah (walk of life) of those first talmidim — Jews and Gentiles grafted together into the olive tree of Yisra’el (Romiyim (Romans) 11:17-18). Not by the emptiness of religion, but back to a covenant relationship with Avinu Elohei through His Ruach.

Hear, oh earth! I am going to bring disaster on this people; it is the consequence of their own way of thinking; for they pay no attention to my words; and as for my Torah, they reject it.
Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 6:19 (TS2009)
Remember: you do not bear the root, but the root bears you!
Gentile believers are grafted into Yisra’el’s covenant — not replacing the root but being sustained by it. The faith of Y’hoshua HaMashiach is Hebraic at its core; remember, you do not bear the root — the root bears you.

🌿 OUR CALLING

“Go therefore and make talmidim of all nations…” — Mattityahu (Matthew) 28:19

We are called to teach the Derekh HaNetzari — (the 'WAY' of the Nazarene) — through Rabbi Francisco Arbas's teachings, various other talmid writings, TORAH, prayer, Spirit-led study, and obedience to the calling.

Guarding the Covenant
Many profess faith in Y’hoshua yet fail to guard the covenant. To shamar Torah is to walk as true talmidim—faithful, watchful, and restored to relationship with Y’hovah.

Our calling is to help believers move beyond simple belief (I said a sinner's prayer) into active discipleship: learning the teachings of Rabbi HaGadol Y’hoshua, guarding (shamar) the Word, walking (halakah) in TORAH obedience, and bearing fruit in the Ruach HaKodesh by having the faith (emunah) of Rabbi HaGadol Y'hoshua HaMashiach.
This is the restoration of true talmidut — living faith that transforms hearts and honors the Name of Y’hovah.

📖All Scripture

TORAH in Hebrew means: instruction, teaching. Therefore, we believe that all Scripture is His Instructions, which we call TORAH (Not just the first five books). The Tanakh and the Brit HaDashah (Renewed Covenant & Apostolic Writings) are Echad, all united into ONE TORAH. They are Elohim-breathed and are valuable for teaching the truth, convicting of sin, correcting faults, and training in right living; thus bringing life, freedom, and abundance to one's worldview.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is valuable for teaching the truth…” — 2 Timotiyos 3:16 (CJB)
“All Scripture is breathed by Elohim and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness.” — 2 Timothy 3:16 (TS2009)

✡️Mashiach/Messiah

Y'hoshua (יהושע) is the promised Netzer — the Branch of David — our Redeemer, Rabbi, and soon-coming King.
Through His atoning work, resurrection, and exaltation to the right hand of Avinu (Our Father), He restores us to covenant fellowship with Y’hovah.

“A branch will emerge from the trunk of Yishai, a shoot will grow from his roots.” — Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 11:1 (CJB)
“You are the Messiah, the Son of the living Elohim.” — Mattityahu (Matthew) 16:16 TS2009
“Elohim exalted Him to the highest place.” — Philippians 2:9 CJB

Also: Yochanan (John) 1:1–14; 3:16–17.

📜The Torah & Appointed Times

We follow the commandments and precepts of the written Torah of Moshe, including the food laws, Shabbat, and Mo’edim (appointed feasts), which remain a living covenant for His people. Through mo'edim, prophetic pictures reveal His plan of redemption.

We consider the Oral Torah and all other religious commentaries as helps and references; they never override YHVH's Word.

🔹The Kingdom & Eternity

The spiritual Kingdom of Y’hovah lives within His people now, and we await the Millennial Kingdom when Y’hoshua Messiah will personally reign from Yerushalayim.
Beyond that millennial reign lies the Eighth Day — eternal life in the presence of Y’hovah: a new heaven and new earth.

“The Kingdom of Elohim is within you.” — Lukas (Luke) 17:21 CJB/TS2009
“And they lived and reigned with the Messiah for a thousand years.” — Ḥazon (Revelation) 20:4 TS2009
“And then comes the end, when He hands over the Kingdom to Y’hovah the Father.” — 1 Corinthians 15:24 CJB
Netzari Mashiach Judaism, THE WAY - back to the Tree of Life!
Many have lost sight of HaDerek—THE WAY that leads back to the Tree of Life. Netzari Mashiach Judaism restores this ancient path of Torah obedience and faith in Y’hoshua HaMashiach, guiding talmidim to walk as He walked, guarding the mitzvot and living by every word from Y’hovah.

Following His ‘WAY’ — Netzari Mashiach Judaism

Scriptural witness to the Way. The Netzari (Nazarene)

Yeshua said, “I AM the Way—and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me.
Yoḥanan (John) 14:6 (Complete Jewish Bible)
A highway will be there, a way, called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not pass over it, but it will be for those whom he guides— fools will not stray along it.
Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 35:8 (CJB)
And asked him for letters to the synagogues in Dammesek, authorizing him to arrest any people he might find, whether men or women, who belonged to “the Way,” and bring them back to Yerushalayim.
Ma`asei (Acts) 9:2. (CJB)
But some began hardening themselves and refusing to listen; and when these started defaming the Way before the whole synagogue, Sha’ul withdrew, took the talmidim with him, and commenced holding daily dialogues in Tyrannus’s yeshivah.
Ma`asei (Acts) 19:9. (CJB)
It was at this time that a major furor arose concerning the Way.
Ma`asei (Acts) 19:23. (CJB)
I persecuted to death the followers of this Way, arresting both men and women and throwing them in prison.
Ma`asei (Acts) 22:4. (CJB)
“But this I do admit to you: I worship the God of our fathers in accordance with the Way (which they call a sect [of Judaism]). I continue to believe everything that accords with the Torah and everything written in the Prophets.
Ma`asei (Acts) 24:14. (CJB)
But Felix, who had rather detailed knowledge of things connected with the Way, put them off, saying, “When Lysias the commander comes down, I will decide your case.”
Ma`asei (Acts) 24:22. (CJB)
