Where did the name "Jesus" come from?
Yehoshua means “Y’hovah is salvation.” Over centuries, His Hebrew name became Greek Iēsous and later English Jesus. Restoring His true Name reconnects us with the divine truth: salvation belongs to Y’hovah through Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
GOD: A NAME OF IDOLS!
Many unknowingly use the name of a Canaanite idol when calling on “God.” Scripture commands us to guard Y’hovah’s Name and restore pure worship to Him alone.
Why are there two different names for God?
Why does the Torah use both Elohim and Y’hovah in creation? These divine names reveal one Elohim—both the mighty Creator and the covenant Father—made known to us through Y’hoshua HaMashiach.
